Glorified Version of A Stranger

Thursday, August 18, 1100 hrs
Woke up because I was sweating like a pig. I thought there was just a power outage in the area. Tsk. I was wrong. Our electric meter was pulled out by the Meralco Man. Blah!

A couple of days ago they cut our electricity. We received the notice of disconnection along with the bill a few hours after they cut it. Blah (2X)! I went downstair and binaliktad ko lang yung kuntador. This led to them sending us a notice of contract termination due to illegal connections. Bwahahaha!

Friday, August 19, 0030 hrs
Spent the night at Ate Mylene’s. Watched 3 unknown, boring and senseless movies. I was surfing the channels when I caught Bicentennial Man. That one was really worth watching. Didn’t sleep a wink though. Called Meralco when the clock striked 8, and inquired as to how much our total debt was. Bleh! This is going to be one of the toughest two weeks in my life. Now I don’t have enough money for anything else! To think that I had my eye on a new watch. Grrrrrr!

Cab of the Day: Tellit [PXM 743]
When I was kid, free of malice and ignorant and shyte, I referred to a jet as ja, a monkey as nini, and good night as telet. I chose to ride this dillapidated ride simply because the cab’s name gave back memories of my childhood (the good part I guess). Good thing the driver was the silent type. He didn’t have any radio so I would be forced to talk to him about any random topic he could think of. Blah!
