20 Hours & Counting…
I’ve been awake for 20 hours and counting! What have I been doing, you might ask. Why, updating my computer of course! My baby has been in dire need of updates and tonight, I mean last night was the night that she had her wish. Of course, I wasn’t just updating the computer all night long. Nancy, kept me company. She had me do Photoshop editting for her erhmmm… mushy stuff! 
I’d love to post them here but she’d kill me. Anyway, I’m proud of our work. In the end, self-study always pays.
Oooh, and speaking of self-study, I already have Ubuntu installed on my baby. Yeah! Although I have to admit, I can’t get it to connect to the Internet just yet. I can’t find the damn PPP window. Mahros has been actively helping me find a way, although I suspect that the problem may be with the modem driver. Some website offered drivers but only for a 14kbps connection. Dialup is slow as it is, and 14 kbps will give me what? .3bps download speed? 
Jek doesn’t want DSL yet. Obviously we cannot afford it…. just yet. 
I already downloaded a few ebooks, and pestered a few people as well. pcp said to RTFM and RTFMA. I guess I’ll be doing that tonight. No work tomorrow! Ack! X_x I have work today, and here I am blogging like some damn insomniac.
