Manny Pacquiao Makes Me Sick
IMHO, we shouldn’t even be calling him a friggin hero. Yes, I agree with Pinoy Stupid that he is a monkey. I mean, look at him man!
Not that I’m dying of bitterness and envy, but man, why should he be called a friggin hero when all he did was beat foreign boxers for money? What’s more is that the media’s sensationalizing this primate to levels that exceed sensationalism. Everywhere you go you see his god-forsaken face. Heck, he’s even in the cover of a magazine. This is the first time that I’ve seen a friggin monkey make it to a magazine cover. Gah~
The world’s probably going to end sooner than I think.

I agree that calling him a hero is too much, but I do believe that we have it is right to idolize him (but not too much, hehehe)

Manny is only fighting for money not for our country. Don't you remember when he was asked who will be his next fight, he stated: "Kahit sino if the price is right."
I'm not against Manny in fact mamatay ako sa nerbiyos pag lumalaban siya but if he wants to be called a hero of this country, he should fight for a major title not for the so called "pipitsugin belt."
It's unfair to call Manny as Monkey but to call Manny similar to Money is the right term.

Well, if you watched his last fight against Barrera he was interviewed and he said that statement.
About the title , he is recognized as international featherweight champion but he doesn't hold a title belt by any of the major governing bodies, such as WBC, IBF, WBO etc....
