Happy Mother’s Day!

Sunday, May 11th, 2008 | 62,824 Views

Today, your wife, your mom, your grandmother, your best friend, your friend, your fuck buddy should be treated like royalty, because today is Mother’s Day. Yeah. SRSLY.

Trivia:
Did you know that Mother’s Day is celebrated in different months by different places and cultures? Greece celebrates the day first every February 2nd, while Indonesia celebrates the occasion every December 22nd.

Anyway, we kind of celebrated the day yesterday at the mall. It was a simple meal at Almon Marina with my mom, my brother and his family, and my family. It was the first time that we got together, kids and all. I was amazed at how big and witty my little nephew had become. I couldn’t wait for my little Luna to grow up and start talking. LOL.

The mall was jam packed as usual, being one of the most popular jologs malls in the metro. I noted a few things in the mall that
irritated me:

    • 1. The elevators were way slow and one had to wait around five to ten minutes and hope to catch a ride. The elevator operators were obviously bored with what they were doing, caring less if the guy holding a baby, trailed by the mom pushing the baby-stroller couldn’t get in because the stupidcuntfuckers who didn’t need to use the elevator got in first.

      2. The guards were stupidlazyasscuntfuckers who couldn’t care less if the clumsy guy who got tired of waiting for a stupid, rickety, and smelly elevator pushed his baby-stroller onto the escalator, hitting a lot of people in the process. Also the same stupidlazyasscuntfuckers guards who were supposed to check bags just poke their sticks into whatever hole was gaping open in front of them (Bags you perv. Bags.), obviously missing the other guy who smuggled marijuana into the mall.

      3. The leaking skating rink was home to the emos, wannabes, and posers who reeked of stale sweat and Johnson’s baby cologne.

      4. Taxi cabs were goddawful scarce. The guards weren’t strict in implementing a line for the taxi cabs in order to accomodate the rule-abiding shoppers who obediently waited in queue and stupidly watched amazed as kapal-muks shoppers hastily crammed their bodies into the kapal-muks drivers’ taxi cabs.

      5. Saturday was grumpy and ignorant customer service people day. We had a snack at the Tokyo Bubble Tea shop and was served by a greasy, fat, ugly woman, who, same with the elevator operators was obviously bored with her job. We were also amazed at how knowledgeable the Watson’s sales ladies were. I had to ask the lady behind the counter to show me where the fucking Cetaphil was, but not before I asked almost every ignorant sales lady in the store.

  • Yeah, so there. I’m ranting. Yeah. I had a bad day. I was tired and sticky from standing for an hour and a half in line for a fucking taxi. No problem. It was for the people I loved (and still love) most anyway. And so, my day ended with an added fuck you when the taxi that we were riding burned his clutch off, suffocating us in the shit until his engine (or his brainless skull) blew.) We ended up riding a different cab home. I was worried that the smoke would have serious effects on my baby. I still am.

    Damn, that day was shit.

    Beware of the MRT Orcses

    Friday, September 28th, 2007 | 1,376 Views

Crowded TrainI said goodbye to Makati several weeks ago and transferred to a nice place in Mandaluyong. Now I live in a three-bedroom-three-floor house. Coolness. Problem is if Makati to Pasay is far, then Mandaluyong to Pasay is farther. Right?

This was the first thing that I considered before abandoning my Makati Avenue Condo. Fortunately, I found a great and cheap solution: MRT. When I was in Makati this was not an option that I considered because I had to walk a kilometer to Buendia before I can ride a jeepney to the MRT. That’s simply too much effort for me.

Better in Mandaluyong though. A minute’s walk away from my house and I can ride a jeepney to the MRT. It IS farther, but definitely more convenient. Also, it’s nearer to the Mega Mall, and Galleria. This is a plus for me because there is a Krispy Kreme in the Mega Mall. (more…)

    The Effin Oppressive Heat

    Friday, May 18th, 2007 | 424 Views

sweat babyI’ve been working nights for the past several weeks and sleeping is fast becoming a problem. I don’t have airconditioning that’s why I’m bitching. I’m not a billionaire like George Lindemann Jr. Blah~ Normally, I’d get home before 7:00 in the morning. Cab from Pasay to Makati takes about 15 minutes via EDSA (trivia: Did you know that EDSA is an acronym for Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue? :D). First thing I’d do is of course greet my beloved a good morning with a kiss or something like that. Sometimes, she’d be in the shower when I get home so I’d hasten to bed and pretend to be asleep. (more…)

Blog: Brokenheartedness - Pwnage at it’s best

    Tuesday, May 15th, 2007 | 1,601 Views

PWNED!!! Pardon this hideous doodle, but more than 2 years ago, I was brokenhearted. I was madly inlove with this girl until she broke up with me. It was PWNAGE at it’s best. Now, when I look back at what happened, I feel glad that I experienced it. It made me realize how depleted my pride and self-esteem was. It was really great that there were people who cared about me - people who put up with my spacing-out, rants, my tears (yes I cried - a lot - in public - GADS!!!!), etc. (more…)

Blog crimes: No post, No update, Offline webpage!

    Tuesday, May 8th, 2007 | 2,857 Views

Being a blogger for a so-so number of years already, I consider non-posting or not updating a blog a crime. I’m guilty of this. There are times when I just run of things to say, or I’m too caught up in other pressing matters. Owning a website is a responsibility. You have have a responsibility to keep your readers posted and entertained. I have this responsibility!

An offline blog in itself is a crime as well. It’s even worse than not updating a blog at all. Why? Because one, the viewer gets an error; two, you lose revenue; three, the viewer moves on to other websites and will not share the content you have posted with his/her friends. See? That’s a freaking lot of traffic and potential revenue you’ve lost. You know what they say, website traffic translates into potential revenue! (more…)

Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez’s GRINDHOUSE!

    Monday, April 16th, 2007 | 1,656 Views

I’m so excited I don’t even know what to put in here *laffs* so before anything else, let me thank Talamasca. I got this from his blog.

I guess I should start with the synopsis of the movies (Warning: I suck at writing synopses). Yeah. GRINDHOUSE is composed of two movies: Planet Terror and Death Proof. Here are the details:

    Planet Terror:
    Directed by Robert Rodriguez
Two doctors find their graveyard shifts full of townspeople infected with gangrenous sores and suspicious blank look in their eyes. There is a go-go dancer amoung their patients whose leg got ripped off in a highway/roadside attack. She loses her leg but does something completely rad to it that she leads her ex-husband, and a few survivors to a war against the mystery. (more…)

On Religion and the Catholic Pinoy

    Wednesday, April 11th, 2007 | 5,858 Views

I have no qualms with living in this country, but what sucks is that religion messes up everything! Add the stupendous thinking of other pinoys, the crab mentality, the worthless government and you have one hell of a dish. Hell I say! XD

You know the highschool kids selling ballpens, calendars and all that? Well I had a great experience with them! *overflowing sarcasm here* XD

I was quietly enjoying a nicotine break when this kid, wearing a white shirt, baston jeans, and an ID walks up to me and offers me a pen. He says that he’s in highschool and that they’re selling stuff for a project. I politely decline his offer and fish out a pen to show him that I didn’t need one. He frowns, puts the pen in his bag (girly bag BTW, lol) and then shows me a calendar. He says that he’s a working student, and that if I bought a calendar (for 40 freaking pesos), it would greatly help him finance studies. I was freaking pissed! First, he says that it was for a project, then he says that if I bought one I could help send him to school. On top of that, when I flip over the calendar, I see a picture of the Jesus Christ! This kid was getting to my nerves, but again, I politely decline his offer. He frowns for a fraction of a second then insists that I buy one. Irritably, I tell him to leave because 40 pesos is a bit too much for a freaking calendar. He begs for me to buy one and I blow my fuse. In a strained whisper, I tell him that first he was disturbing my me time, second, I’d be nuts to spend 40 pesos for a calendar, third, his insistence and appearance is getting on my nerves, and lastly, I didn’t believe in his God. He was shocked. Then he smiles, hands me the calendar and begs me again to buy it even if I wasn’t Catholic. Unbelievably pissed and irritated beyond belief, I flick my cig and go back into the building. (more…)

The Organization called “Anne Rice Philippines”

    Sunday, March 11th, 2007 | 2,532 Views

I chanced upon a post in Maya’s blog and was caught by a name: Anne Rice.

Dear Maya, please forgive me for writing my opinion here. I agree with everyone out there that Anne Rice is the shit when it comes to writing, but I also believe that there are other writers out there who deserve more praise… much more praise.

Click, click and I was at their website. I know that we shouldn’t judge individuals right away, much more an organization, but, I read a few lines and was instantly LMAO. (more…)

How Fickle Pinoys Are: Manny Pacquiao runs for Congress

    Friday, February 23rd, 2007 | 1,167 Views

    Pacquiao’s running for office. Blech~

According to Sun.Star Manila, Monkeyboy’s challenging opposition legislator Darlene Antonino-Custodio, currently serving her second term.

I don’t think everyone’s built for politics. Using popularity in order to win a seat in Congress is just like biting your opponents ear off. What’s worse is that I doubt that he even knows what he’s doing.

Imagine a scene in Congress where Monkeyboy defends a resolution he wants to pass. A seasoned Congressman opposes his resolution then the debate heats up. What would Monkeyboy do?

    A. Knockout the opposing Congressman with a flurry of punches
    B. Bite the Congressman’s ear off
    C. Consult his coach on what to do
    D. Spit in a bucket

    Gads~

I bet that with his popularity, this is going to be somewhat similar to Erap’s performance. Victory due to popularity (with the help of the fickle-minded masses). No wonder this country’s going under. What a nuissance!

    Hello World!

    Wednesday, January 10th, 2007 | 6,584 Views

After almost 5 weeks offline, keysinunez.com is now back online thanks to the heroic efforts of Will and Carlo. Doods, I owe you guys a lot for bringing my site back online. I know my DB is HELLUVA huge, gargantuan even, but despite that, you were able to resolve it. I wouldn’t know what to do without you guys.

Why, you may ask, was my website offline? No, it wasn’t the Paclanders. It was a group of shit-for-brained twits who disabled/deleted my account with them. No warnings, no email, no IM’s, no nothing. My reaction? I wanted to slit their fukcing throats and have them skull-fukced by their own kind. But enough of the bashing. Soon I will have revenge. If you’ve been following my blog, you already know that my hatred tends to run very, very deep. I’ve moved on…. NOT!!! The moment I get a chance at these dikcheads, I’m gonna make sure that they get a taste of their own medicine. Gyaaaaaaaah~ Gomu Gomu no!!!

Anyway, I don’t want this post ending up like a long-short story. Updates soon.

Frances + Botchay: Project Makyu and Feed1369 will be up soon. Standby please.

The Monkey Statue at Baywalk (READ: The Manny Pacquiao Statue)

    Tuesday, November 28th, 2006 | 1,995 Views

Four days ago, Shari talked about Manny Pacquiao and how Lito Atienza wanted to erect a statue of him at Baywalk. I almost fell off my seat just laughing at how it would look like. Will he be wearing ad-infested-purontong-shorts? Will he sport the Makdo Smile or the Alaxan Smile? Will he be standing, holding up his championship belt or will he be sitting on top of Atienza’s shoulders? Will the statue include his wife and kids in the background? Will it include reporters and TV camera crews swarming around him like flies? LOL.

I can’t stop laughing. But really. I’ve thought of writing an I-Hate-Pacquiao article on the day he won. Why just now? I’m just plain sick and effing tired of seeing his TV ads, his billfuckingboards, his voice in the radio, his effing name on every newspaper! Why are people worshipping this guy? Why are they not worshipping other athletes and their contributions to the country? IMHO, the effing media should lavish the same attention to Paeng Nepomuceno. He’s achieved so much compared to Pacquiao. Heck, he even looks like a human being, not some cro-magnon shitpicker.

    Manny Pacquiao Makes Me Sick

    Saturday, November 25th, 2006 | 2,980 Views

IMHO, we shouldn’t even be calling him a friggin hero. Yes, I agree with Pinoy Stupid that he is a monkey. I mean, look at him man!

Not that I’m dying of bitterness and envy, but man, why should he be called a friggin hero when all he did was beat foreign boxers for money? What’s more is that the media’s sensationalizing this primate to levels that exceed sensationalism. Everywhere you go you see his god-forsaken face. Heck, he’s even in the cover of a magazine. This is the first time that I’ve seen a friggin monkey make it to a magazine cover. Gah~

The world’s probably going to end sooner than I think.

    The Correspondents - Call Center

    Friday, March 10th, 2006 | 1,478 Views

    Call Center

That is the article at the abs-cbn news website on their feature in The Correspondents, about call centers and their employees. [i got this in an email]

Magaan Na Trabaho - this is a misconception that a lot of people have about call centers. this is work, serious work and not playtime. as call center agents we are the frontliners of some of the biggest companies around the world. we handle their first line of defense for theirbus iness, Customer Service. we Filipinos who work in call centers represent these companies to their consumers and we filipinos can spell the success or downfall of thesebus iness just on how we deal with their consumers 24/7 and that is not an easy task. the reason why call centers thrive in the philippines is because filipinos have good customer service skills. we are professional workers and we give everything a 100%. i salute all the call center employees who make this feat possible. it means jobs and job security to the filipinos who wanted to work in their own country.
