Honestly, it’s been a while now since I finished putting the kit together. I just didn’t have time to snap pictures and post them here. LOLz. Anyway, this kit’s much more gratifying compared to the
Blitz Gundam kit that I bought last September. The parts are more detailed, there are more stickers included, more joints (hence more moves).
I was my excited and perky self again the moment I bought the kit. It was one day before my days-off. I had planned it that way in order to have an unlimited amount of time to assemble and customize kit.
I got home late, sat in the dining room, and tried to decide whether to wait until daylight or put the kit together right away. I decided on the latter, envisioning the tongue lashing that would greet me a good morning if the wife sees me with my toy in hand (LOL?) instead of cooking breakfast.
After a horrible night’s sleep I woke up early, cooked breakfast for the wife, sent her out to work and half-ran up the stairs in order to start building the kit. I didn’t bother with breakfast. I just had a can of Coke, a bottle of water, and a pack of Marlboro Lights. I started looking reading the manual at around five o’clock in the morning but got to the actual assembly at around seven.

So a sore hand, a ridiculous smile, a rumbling stocmach, a pack of cigarettes, and 12 hours later, my new Gundam kit, with several modifications, was completed. I was ecstatic and showed my wife my new toy. I got a shrug - ten thousand times better compared to a blank face. ^_^
And so, without further ado, I bring you geeks-without-a-life, the newest addition to my Gundam kit collection - RX-178 MK-II Titan, modified with matte coating and black hydraulic tubes (not visible asshole). Enjoy! (more…)

If fastfood joints and shopping malls are full of win, tiangge’s are too. All you have to do is open your eyes to the fun and exciting world of LOLness.
A few days ago, my wife and I went to St. Francis Square in Ortigas in search for bargain clothing. Yeah, we’re cheap like that. While she tried a few pieces of clothing, I went around in search for some ass cheap, cool looking shirts. I managed to find a great one - black, with the words, “You can take away everything from me, but you can’t stop me from being EMO,” printed on the front. Cool eh? Anyway, more awesome than the shirt were the signs in the tiangge.
For those who’re living under boulders of dung, St. Francis Square is located at the back of the SM MegaMall in Ortigas. It’s right along Doña Julia Vargas St. If you’re claustrophobic, don’t even think about shopping there. It’s like a miniaturized version of the GreenHills Shopping Mall minus the annoying dibidi guys.

Right. So the second floor isn’t much, but there were more stores at the far end of the floor. There’s 2A, and as the sign says, we should be going there for more RTW. I took the liberty of capturing the first idiotic sign that I saw with my high-tech-outdated-pseudo-CSI-esque cellphone.

Public transportation is fun. You get to see all sorts of people. You encounter the Orcs, the Geeks, the Stupids, the Assholes, the Goody-Two-Shoes, the Hotties, the Godawful Fags, etc. Don’t take me wrong. I have nothing against these people. I just enjoy observing their sense of fashion and their utter stupidity. I’ve managed to take quick pics (using my hardcore-state-of-the-art-camphone-yeah) of these beings in action. Note that some of the pics were taken in the mall while trawling for the Hotties (and not actually finding one because it was a Sunday). Yeah. Shut. Up. Read on and see if you get the funnies in this post. Flamers and do-gooders are welcome apart from the usual faithful readers. Oh and if this guy Jason , the one who commented on my piece on Jhozel’s reading this, dude, this is the blog post that you have been looking for man! LOL!1 Read on and view the pics. (more…)

If you don’t have Cable TV (or if you live a pathetic life and you don’t have a TV at all), then most probably you haven’t heard of the Oscar de La Hoya Scandal. So yeah, 2 days after the so-called scandal, I decided to make a post about it. Not that it’s more important than my long-delayed wedding post (I just can’t seem to strike a high note with it yet), but it’s just something that I feel am responsible to share. (more…)

LOL.
No joke.

Last Friday, August 10, I packed my bags and went to Gubat, Sorsogon to ask for Nina’s hand in marriage. It’s a Filipino custom called pamamanhikan. Don’t get me wrong, but I didn’t believe in this custom. To me, there is no need to ask for permission from parents if you were in the legal marrying age, but Nina wanted it, so I gave in. Anyway, I wanted to have a great relationship with my in-laws, and marrying their daughter without their consent’s kind of the fastest way to ruin a relationship. LOL
We had a bit of car trouble on the way: Timing Belt and frequent over-heating. After picking up 10 kilos of Lucban Longganisa (pasalubong!) for the future in-laws, we made haste for Gubat, Sorsogon (for the retards who don’t know where Sorsogon is, click here). Anyway, around 45 minutes into the trip, we noticed that a warning was flashing in the vehicle dash: Timing Belt, it said. I didn’t have any idea how serious this was, but according to Tito Bernie, we should head back to Lucban and wait until morning to have the van checked. This of course was a very untimely delay. We waited it out, slept in the van, of course, and resumed our trip sat around 3:00 pm, right after we visited the Grotto in Lucban. We over-heated around 5 times before we reached our destination. We got there at around 2:00 am. (more…)

So I caught a cab on the way home from work. I waited for about 45 minutes until a crappy looking cab unloaded it’s passengers. Thinking that I might be caught in the morning rush hour, I decided (against my will ) to take the cab. I immediately swooned as I closed the door. The fucking cab smelled of ZOMGIMGONNAFUCKINDIE body odor. I hastily whipped out my pack of gum and proceeded to chew the hell out of it, hoping that the smell would go away. I was wrong. I just politely informed the driver that I was in a rush and that I’d be grateful if he could drive faster.
Halfway through the trip, I noticed these hideous, revolting bobbleheads (or whatever you call ‘em). Now let me tell you that I’m not easily scared, but staring at the 4 things gave me goosebumps! It was like looking at a clown face to face. That painted smile, those ridiculous shoes and trousers. Eeeek! Gads! I can’t remember how I managed to live through the whole trip, butI was glad that I was alive (yeah, I know, OA na!), but when I got home, I took a long, cold shower to wash away the acrid smell. Sheesh. (more…)

Yebah! I just got paid for my BTP links! It isn’t that big but it feels good to have earned something for blogging. The moolah that I got paid for my 2GB flash disk that really comes in useful (work, play, etc).
So I missed the Orgynuman yesterday with Shari and friends yesterday. I was out getting botox in Houston…
no, I was at Pier 1 Timog getting wasted with friends. Part of a ritual really. It’s developed in a weekly meet-up with friends. To catch up on each other’s lives, or to plan on some money-making scheme/project, or to just have fun and get wasted.
Hemingways, I’ve been collecting some funny pics these past few weeks. Although these are just a few, I’ll release them anyway.

Spam never fails to amaze me. Logging into Wordpress just a few minutes ago, I noticed that Akismet caught 77 spam since I logged in last night.
I was expecting a whole shitload of IP’s but unfortunately there weren’t that much. Still true to its word, Akismet blocked each and every one of them, blocking a total of 1,271 spam comments successfully.

Finally! I was able to go on an out of town trip with officemates and uhmm, someone.
Like what the title of this post says, we went to Batangas! Aguila Beach Resort, Anilao to be exact. I’ve yet to upload the pictures that I took (using my camera phone and Anapot’s Vivitar XV-10). So check back often. :p
Anyway, the night before the said trip, PH texted me and told me to bring someone with me. I at once knew who to ask. I had had this thing for her a few months ago, even before I met Mahros but didn’t have the guts to ask her out. And so, Mahros and I happened, and then ended a several weeks later. Note that we are good friends, Mahros and I.
As I was saying, I immediately knew who to ask. I have had this thing for Nina eversince I first saw her. It was crazy. No, actually, I was crazy, but, she was with someone back then, and I probably took it as a sign to back off. I vaguely remember.
So there. I asked her if she would like to go on a trip to Batangas with me. She said she’d think it over and would decide before the night ends.We were at Singles Bar then. We were supposed to go to the UP Fair (me + Tin), but decided to go to the bar instead. Nina was supposed to meet us at the Fair but we didn’t show up. She ended up meeting us at N20. Hehe. We then transferred to Singles.
So before we called it a night, Nina said yes. It was almost 4 in the morning. We were tired. I suggested to her that we drop by her place to get her stuff since we were to meet up with the rest of the gang in Makati at 9 am. I barely had a couple of hours worth of sleep. She barely had some (namamahay kasi! :P). So we were off to Batangas! We were supposed to be heading for San Juan, but ended up in Anilao instead. No one seemed to know the road to San Juan.
6 hours later, we were at the Aguila Beach Resort. We started drinking at around 4pm. Finished a liter of brandy, then took a dip in the pool. We had dinner, then we finished another liter of brandy. Bitin, but we were too lazy to go out and buy more booze. We decided to do the beach instead. The water was ice cold so after a few minutes of talking and stone skipping, we transferred to the pool. The pool lights were off, and the gate leading to the pool was locked. Nina wouldn’t be stopped so she and I climbed over the fence. Anapot attempted but ended up slipping and getting a few minor scratches. The pool water was warmer then the sea water. Like taking a dip in a pool of piss.
Rawr~
So Nina and I played around in the water. We got to star gazing while in the pool. All of a sudden, we started drifting towards each other and ended up kissing.
I wasn’t actually expecting that to happen, but
it did.
*awkward silence*
*more awkward silence*
Okay fine! I was half-expecting that to happen, since I didn’t know where I stood with her. In fact I was expecting rejection. Buti na lang kamo hindi ako nareject!
So there. I ended up blurting out to her that I liked her (BIG TIME! kung si Tin pa). And now, after a whirlwind weekend, I would like to formally introduce Nina, as my girlfriend.

Around a week ago Jek brought home season 1 of The O.C. I initially thought that the O.C. in the series stood for Obssessive-Compulsive. I didn’t put much attention to it since I wasn’t familiar with the series. Jek had the habit of bringing home entire seasons of American soaps. So there. I remember it being a Monday when I saw season one of the show. I got home and found it there sitting next to the T.V..
As usual, I followed my nightly routine of dressing and going online.
Come Friday, Mahros noticed the stack of CD’s sitting next to the T.V. and said something rather amusing [I forgot what it was but it spraked my curiosity on the said stack]. Early next day, we sat through volumes 1 & 2 and funny enough, I got hooked to it.
A few episodes into the series, A character named Anna Stern was introduced. She was a girl who just moved from Pittsburgh to Newport Beach. I was as apopletic as a 16th Century laddle [is there even such a thing?]. As you can see in the picture, she’s a hot blonde girl. She plays this geeky girl who likes sailing and comic books. She’s matched to Seth Cohen, who initially was head over heels with Summer Roberts, who by the way is half-Filipina and half-Latina with a 34-C bustline.

Anyway, I’m starting Volume 6 when I get home. I dunno actually if I’ll start with Hentai CD that Tiny lent me or resume my viewing experience with The O.C. Gah~~~ 0_o
Decisions, decisions….

I know that there may be a million other blog entries with the same title. Try googling it!
Anyway, we celebrated the New Year in Manila. We unfortunately had to trudge our way through the stinking masses (the absolute horror of agoraphobics) so that we could get the best view of the fireworks show come midnight. Alas! When I watched the video of the firworks, half the screen was engulfed in lens flare. Blech. So much for the video. I didn’t bother taking pictures as my camera phone was too lame to capture the beauty of the fireworks. Anyway, the lens flare from the lampost was too bright. It would’ve ruined the pictures anyway.
So after the fireworks show, we walked to our drinking destination. We were with two gay people. They brought us to a place called Rainbow Project. It was okay at first, but I later realized that it was the tambayan of all the fags in Malate. My stomach turned as two fags FK-ed the night away. I was disgusted.
Towards the end of the night (morning), I glimpsed Sanch, one of the Trainers at work. Instinct told me to hide myself so I just hid underneath my baseball cap. Ugh. Imagine the embarassment of finding someone gay there and giving you the look as if asking so you’re gay huh?
So when we decided to leave, I saw an old friend Joel sitting in one of the tables at the end. His line was bakit ka andito? Bakla ka na rin? Nag-out ka na? Imagine my reaction.
Blech. Here are some of the pics, minus the fireworks video.
Happy New Year fcukers!
